If you are going to do a strenuous exercise, you will have to learn to count calories. You will find that your appetite is not going to kick in any time soon – if it ever does. So get used to counting calories, and start making a point of counting them.

Your mental state depends on your genetics.
If you have a genetic predisposition to being lazy, then your laziness won’t take much effect on you. If your mindset is good, your ability to do the opposite type of exercise could drastically boost the quality of your life over the course of a lifetime.
If you have a genetic predisposition to being productive, you could develop into an amazing achiever. You can start thinking about making money for you and your family, as well as becoming more creative, and having a more fulfilling life as a result.

There are other things I would say to start with.
Here are a couple that I have found to be super useful and impactful.
Start making a plan. If you’ve ever made a plan, you know this is a bad idea. You don’t really know how your life is going to turn out. And once you do start preparing for your life, it will start to shape itself. And if you’ve been planning on something, you may have missed the boat and never got to it.
Here is the process for making a plan. You need to start on a good note. Think of something that you would want to do at the age of 25.
This doesn’t mean make yourself do all the things. That’s probably not a good idea either. We all do have an agenda.
Write down a few things you want to do, say something that you will want to do, that would make you happy, and then start creating.
